Singapore, 20 January 2026 —Samwoh Smart Hub has been featured in a recent Building and Construction Authority (BCA) e-publication, highlighting its sustainable design, energy-efficient technologies and innovative building solutions.
One of Singapore’s first office buildings to attain the BCA Green Mark Platinum Positive Energy certification, Samwoh Smart Hub achieves approximately 84% energy savings compared with the 2005 baseline. The development also incorporates eight innovative energy-efficient solutions implemented under the Green Buildings Innovation Cluster Demonstration Programme.
The publication offers a closer look at how these technologies, together with the Hub’s design and material applications, contribute to improved building performance and long-term sustainability.
